FCBL Rules

Code of Conduct 
The League emphasizes sportsmanship by players, coaches, parents and spectators.

Team Eligibility  / Player Eligibility
The fundamental principle of the league is to join town based teams to promote commnutity participation.  The League is NOT an all star league and does not allow non-resisdent teams.

Game Rules 
CT State HS rules apply except as noted.
