Boys Grades 5-8 and 9-12
2019 SUMMER INTENSITY ACADEMY
This program is designed for all levels of players. Players will be separated into groups based on age and ability for the session drills. The first 30 minutes of the session will be INTENSE INDIVIDUAL SKILL DRILLS that include ball handling and shooting. The next 60 minutes will be basketball games either 3 on 3 half court or 5 on 5 full court. During the games coaches will instruct and teach team concepts.
If your son wants to improve his basketball IQ and become a better MS and HS player, then attend this program with the top High School Coaches in the State!
Coach Dannie Powell will lead all instruction and coach the players. Coach Powell played DI scholarship College basketball at Central CT State University and is currently the Head Varsity Basketball Coach at Bunnell High School in Stratford.
Summer 2019 Dates:
Monday July 29, Monday August 5, Monday August 12, and Wednesday August 14
All sessions are at the Holy Greek Church.
Times Each Session:
6:00-7:30 pm: Grades 5, 6, 7, 8
6:00-7:30 pm: Grades 9, 10, 11, 12
