4th Grade Rules

The FCBL is sponsoring a 4th grade boys and girls league this year as well. This is a developmental grade level.

Rules for the grade:

-27.5 ball

-foul line 13ft

-no 3 pointers

-no pressing in the back court until the last 2 minutes.

-man to man defense, no zone defense.

-We provide access to the website for teams to manage their games, all games will be loaded initially by the league. Teams can add and adjust games by using the Games, +games tab and then selecting an opponent and gametime from their team page as the season goes on.
