Every team must submit a roster on the night of your scheduling meeting. You can download our roster form below, as it is helpful to have that filled out ahead of time. We will have blank copies at the meeting as well.

Every team must submit this schedule form at the meeting. Print 2 copies if you need to, so you can hand in a clean and clear copy to us, in chronological order. Remember to write the full name of your opponent, as many towns have multiple teams. (Example Wilton White 6B, not just "Wilton"
